Dennis began his career in architecture and spent 16 years as a partner in private architectural practice before changing disciplines and founding Qualitas Residential.

Dennis’ experience in architecture brings many benefits to block management clients. His detailed knowledge of building design and construction enables him to diagnose building failures, prepare and tender maintenance work proposals, and monitor construction work on site.
