Qualitas Residential was established by Dennis Brooke in 1996 as a letting and management business. In 1999 Qualitas Residential began offering block management services and this has since become the main focus of the business.
In 2005 Qualitas Residential merged with Angela Byrne’s Your Property Management, a business of similar size and ethos.
Qualitas Residential has continued to steadily grow its management portfolio and develop its resources and infrastructure accordingly.
